This exquisite project marries Tacoma's rich history with modern updates, featuring sunny rooms, meticulously restored woodwork, box beam ceilings, and elegant wainscoting. The spacious bedrooms boast large closets, complemented by a beautifully finished third floor. The expansive backyard is perfect for entertaining, while modern updates include a chef's deluxe kitchen, new wiring, surround sound, newer windows, and a roof. In 2011, Andrew Schell crafted a sophisticated country manor in Kingston, WA, a true masterpiece of design and craftsmanship. This custom home offers a breathtaking vantage point, with stunning views of the Olympics and the expansive valley overlooking the desirable White Horse golf course community. Inside, hardwood and concrete floors harmonize with wool carpet, creating a luxurious yet inviting atmosphere. The gourmet chef’s kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel Viking appliances, double Sub Zero refrigerators, a built-in Ariston espresso machine, and a wine cooler.
